You retain all rights to your content. By uploading content, you represent you have the necessary rights and that your content complies with applicable law and these Terms.

Private photos remain private and are not shared or displayed publicly. For public photos, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and use such photos solely to operate and promote the Service, including on our website and apps. You can change visibility at any time; this terminates our right to display publicly going forward.

Acceptable Use

  • No illegal, infringing, hateful, harassing, or harmful content.
  • No attempts to disrupt, probe, or compromise the Service or other users.
  • No automated scraping or rate abuse without our written consent.
